Payment is due in full at the time services are performed. If your pet is being admitted to the hospital, we cannot begin treatment until you have confirmed your intent to proceed by signing the client consent and estimate form and leaving an initial deposit of 50% of the upper end of the estimate. This confirmation ensures that we clearly understand your desire for us to move forward with your pet’s care. We accept payment by cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and CareCredit. We do not extend credit or bill for services. All open invoices will be sent to collections after 45 days unless prior arrangements have been made. *
